About the Camel Ride

After the noise of an engine, a camel ride is a complete change of pace. You sit high above the sand and move at a walking rhythm, which gives you time to take in the dunes and take photos. It is a relaxed way to round off a desert trip, and a good choice for anyone in the group who would rather not drive.

The ride is an add-on, listed as Camel Ride in Desert 20 – 25 min on the booking form, so you add it in the same order as a KTM dirt bike, buggy or quad ride. The price is per person, so a family of four pays AED 600 for everyone to ride.

Pay by card when you book and the confirmation is emailed to you. If you are planning a whole desert day, the other add-ons are sandboarding at AED 50 and the BBQ camp evenings.
