Changing gear on sand is a skill of its own, so be honest with yourself before booking. Never ridden with manual gears? Ask us on WhatsApp before you book, or try the sports quad, which costs AED 95 less for the hour. Coming from motorbikes? The KTM dirt bike is AED 850 for its 1 Hour Ride, but it is limited to experienced off-road riders of 18 and up.
You can book the Raptor for one hour or for two, with no 30 minute session. Notice how small the long-ride saving is here: two hours at AED 1,550 are just AED 40 less than two separate hours at AED 795. So book the length you actually want. Reserve online and pay by card; the meeting point at Al Badayer comes by email unless you add a transfer, in which case the car collects you an hour before the start.

The Raptor is a four-wheeled manual quad at AED 795 for an hour. The KTM Dirt Bike 450 CC is a two-wheeled bike at AED 850 for its 1 Hour Ride, and it is only for riders aged 18 or over with off-road experience. Our dirt bike tours page explains how a bike day runs.
No. On the booking form the Raptor comes in two lengths only: one hour for AED 795, or two hours for AED 1,550. For a half hour in the open deep desert, the Kymco (AED 250), the double seater (AED 350) and the Yamaha (AED 450) all offer a 30 Min Ride.
The Raptor seats one person and is priced per quad, so two riders need two quads. One hour each comes to AED 1,590 together, and two hours each to AED 3,100. If one of you is less sure about manual gears, mixing a Raptor with a cheaper quad in the same slot is an easy way to ride together.
All quad rides take place at Al Badayer, a drive of 45–60 minutes out of Downtown Dubai. The exact meeting point is emailed after you book, or a transfer collects you an hour before the ride.
